As a Disaster Recovery Analyst (Business Analyst II), you will play a key role in ensuring the operational resilience of critical business applications during both planned and unplanned outages. Reporting to the Disaster Recovery Team, you will collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, and technology leadership to develop, maintain, and validate disaster recovery strategies. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, process improvement, and stakeholder management. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on large-scale, business-critical initiatives as the organization expands its application portfolio through major enterprise integration efforts.What You'll DoPartner with application owners and technical teams to develop, document, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plansConduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments to identify recovery gaps and recommend mitigation strategiesCoordinate and facilitate disaster recovery testing activities, validate recovery procedures, and document results for continuous improvementServe as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and application teams to support disaster recovery readinessAnalyze application dependencies, recovery objectives, and operational risks across enterprise systemsSupport the administration and continuous improvement of disaster recovery governance, documentation, and planning toolsFacilitate meetings, drive action items, and ensure disaster recovery initiatives remain on schedule across multiple stakeholdersWhat You Bring5+ years of experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Business Analysis, IT Project Coordination, or a related technical disciplineStrong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively across both technical and business teamsWorking knowledge of infrastructure concepts including servers, networking, application environments, and enterprise IT operationsExperience with Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery planning methodologies and risk management best practicesFamiliarity with ITSM and governance platforms such as ServiceNow, Cherwell, Fusion Framework, Archer, or similar toolsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently in a process-driven environmentBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience; CBCP or other DR/BC certifications are a plusWhat's In It For YouMedical, Dental, & Vision PlansRelationship-driven process to find your best fit6 Paid HolidaysRegular meetings to ensure quality in your engagementHow To ApplyApply today to learn more about this opportunity.
