To-Go Specialist

Rock N’ Roll Sushi is looking for energetic, organized, and guest-focused Rockstar To-Go Specialists to join our team! As a To-Go Specialist, you’ll be the connection between our kitchen and our guests, ensuring every takeout order is accurate, fresh, and ready to rock. You’ll also play an important role in coordinating and preparing catering orders that help bring the Rock N’ Roll Sushi experience to businesses, parties, and special events. What You’ll Do Greet guests picking up takeout orders with a friendly, welcoming attitude. Answer phones and assist guests with placing takeout and catering orders. Accurately package food, verify order accuracy, and ensure presentation meets our standards. Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure takeout and catering orders are completed on time. Prepare and organize catering orders for pickup or delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy, and professional presentation. Assist with delivery service orders and third-party delivery platforms as needed. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Keep the takeout and catering areas clean, organized, and fully stocked. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive, upbeat attitude. Job Requirements What We’re Looking For Friendly personality with excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability preferred. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!
