Lead With Purpose (Lead Duties)Assign daily tasks to technologists to keep workflow smooth and efficient.Support onboarding for new employees.Ensure all on‑the‑job injuries are documented same‑day.Must HavesEXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONSRequired: 2 years of Xray experience.LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONSRequired: Basic Life Support HeartSaver & First Aid through the American Heart AssociationRequired: Licensed Radiology Technician through the Louisiana State Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners.Required: Radiography Certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist.SKILLS AND ABILITIESKnowledge of general and anatomy and physiology, Radiation properties of x-ray and fluoroscopy equipment, etc.General medical terminology knowledge and ability to administer Basic Life Support.Knowledge of state laws regarding licensure.Ability to properly place monitoring devices on patients, position patients on table and use manual dexterity to properly position camera head.Ability to utilize basic computer and data entry skills.REPORTING RELATIONSHIPSDoes this position formally supervise employees?
