Payroll Tax Assistant

will primarily be administrative support for the Payroll Tax department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to all internal & external stakeholders (phone, email, in-person) Complete daily check payment mailings Assist with tax data entry Sort and distribute all daily incoming mail Special project assistance as needed Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Attention to detail Ability to prioritize assigned tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies Education & Experience Payroll tax experience preferred, but not required PEO or Multi-State experience a plus This position is eligible for the following benefits: Health Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement Plan: 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off: PTO, Holidays, Parental leave and Sick Leave provided as required by applicable state law Other Benefits: Life insurance, short term disability, long term disability, employee assistance program (EAP), flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), Identity theft protection, critical illness, accident, cancer, hospital protection, legal and pet insurance.
