Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well by assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy. You are a healer, helper, teacher, and teammate. You address the whole patient and design a program that restores, reinforces, and enhances their physical abilities. You are adaptable and collaborate with peers, making referrals as needed. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy. Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent.
