We're looking for a Sales Professional / Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout—delivering top-quality roofing and siding solutions on remodels and new construction.What You'll Do:Develop and manage relationships with general contractors, property managers, and developersReview project plans, specifications, and scopes to accurately define work requirementsPerform detailed material and labor takeoffs and prepare accurate bids and proposalsLead the sales process from bid to contract executionCoordinate and manage project timelines, crews, subcontractors, and material deliveriesMaintain strong vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure quality and efficiencyOversee jobsite execution, ensuring compliance with plans, specs, and safety standardsConduct project walkthroughs and ensure successful project closeout
