Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce

Salary: $129,300 - 172,300 per year Requirements:

• We need 7+ years of professional software engineering, application development, or comparable technical experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
• We are looking for proven experience leading the technical delivery of complex initiatives and producing scalable, high-quality software.
• We require substantial hands-on expertise designing, building, deploying, and supporting Salesforce platform solutions.
• We need strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools and concepts, including Lightning Web Components, Apex, Flows, declarative automation, integrations, security models, and platform data architecture.
• We require experience integrating Salesforce with customer engagement platforms, customer data platforms, and other enterprise applications.
• We need experience designing and implementing integrations with REST and SOAP APIs, cloud services, authentication protocols, middleware, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
• We require experience creating AI-enabled solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Data360, or other enterprise AI technologies.
• We value experience using agentic development practices and AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation.
• We need a strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design, systems integration, data modeling, testing, debugging, source control, CI/CD, secure coding, and release management.
• We require experience partnering with Product Managers to clarify requirements, estimate work, assess tradeoffs, and deliver against prioritized roadmaps.
• We need strong analytical and troubleshooting ability across applications, integrations, automation, and data.
• We require experience working in Agile delivery environments and contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, and release activities.
• We need the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across Product, Engineering, Security, Data, DevOps, Quality Engineering, and business teams.
• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: Salesforce Platform Engineer I or II certification.
• Preferred: Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Preferred: Salesforce Data360, Agentforce, AI Associate, or another relevant AI-related certification.
• Preferred: Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data360, Agentforce, or other Salesforce AI-enabled capabilities.
• Preferred: Experience with customer engagement platforms, customer data platforms, or enterprise communication technologies.

• We design, build, and deploy scalable enterprise solutions across Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data360, Agentforce, and related enterprise technologies.
• We lead the technical delivery of complex initiatives from solution design through deployment, ensuring functional, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability standards are met.
• We work closely with Product Management to refine requirements, evaluate implementation approaches, provide technical estimates, identify risks and dependencies, and deliver against roadmap priorities.
• We develop data-driven solutions that support customer engagement, business process automation, and trusted enterprise data across Salesforce and integrated platforms.
• We design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, AI services, APIs, external data sources, and other customer engagement technologies.
• We use modern agentic software development practices and approved AI-assisted engineering capabilities to accelerate development, improve code quality, automate testing and documentation, and boost productivity while following enterprise security and governance standards.
• We design, develop, and implement agentic business solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Data360, and other approved enterprise AI technologies.
• We apply a configuration-first approach where appropriate, using custom development when needed for complex business, integration, or platform requirements.
• We promote engineering excellence through scalable design patterns, reusable components, secure coding practices, automated testing, and continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.
• We contribute to a collaborative engineering culture through code reviews, technical knowledge sharing, documentation, and best-practice advocacy.
• We collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Quality Engineering, DevOps, Security, Data, Sales, and other partners throughout the delivery lifecycle.
