Hospitality Construction Project Manager (m/f/d)

Overview Ruby is expanding its North American presence and is looking for an Operator‑Representative to bring its brand, design, and operational standards to life across our hotel projects. The role involves coordinating all aspects of project delivery while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Act as the operator’s representative across North American hotel projects. Ensure Ruby’s brand, technical, design, and operational standards are implemented on site. Coordinate developers, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers. Manage FF&E execution from tendering and vendor selection through installation and handover. Review layouts, drawings, specifications, and MEP coordination with a strong eye for detail and guest experience. Identify project risks early and help solve issues before they become problems. Support construction progress, quality assurance, snagging, commissioning, and operational readiness. Help shape and adapt Ruby’s brand standards for the North American market. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in hospitality, construction, architecture, FF&E, or technical project management. Experience working on the operator, brand, or owner representative side of hotel projects. A strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, FF&E integration, and technical coordination. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities while maintaining composure. A hands‑on and solution‑oriented mindset. Excellent communication and organizational skills. An eye for detail while still keeping the bigger picture in mind. Confidence working in fast‑paced and international environments. Willingness to travel across North America. Fluent English; additional languages such as Spanish are a plus. Benefits Salary range: $130,000 – $150,000 USD annually , depending on experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
