Clinical Specialist, Joint Replacement- Boise, ID

Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons with pre-operative planning, CT-based imaging, implant sizing, and equipment setup
- Provide real-time procedural support for robotic and manual orthopedic surgeries in operating rooms
- Troubleshoot technical issues and manage inventory, logistics, and case documentation
- Participate in product demonstrations, cadaver labs, training events, and on-call coverage
- Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and sales partners to ensure coordinated customer support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare/clinical field
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 30 percent
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds; stand for extended periods
- Manage stressful operating room situations with professionalism
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Clinical background preferred (nursing, surgical technology, physical therapy, or similar)
Compensation: $59,900 - $83,300 USD Annual
