Key Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing atmosphere that builds clients self-confidence and self-worth.
• Take responsibility as the main contact for assigned clients including program development assessment and documentation.
• Work under the supervision of a mental health professional to deliver and document programing and clinical services.
• Engage actively with clients to foster positive social interaction.
• Assist clients with healthcare needs and personal fund management.
• Maintain open and honest communication with your team promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
• Uphold policies procedures and philosophy of Thrive Behavioral Network.

What Were Looking For:

To join our team you need to meet at least one of the following qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a behavioral science or related field with 2000 hours of supervised experience in mental health services; or
• Fluency in a non-English language spoken by at least 50% of your clients with 40 hours of mental health training and a weekly clinical supervision until you have 2000 hours of supervised experience; or
• At least 40000 hours of supervised experience in mental health services; or
• Currently a graduate student in a behavioral science program with formal clinical training assigned by an accredited institution; or
• Masters or other graduate degree in a behavioral science related field from an accredited college or university.
