Job Description

Beloform Craft is seeking an energetic and professional Brand Ambassador to join our Washington, DC team.

In this role, you will represent our brand and client campaigns through direct, face-to-face interactions with customers and the public. You will help communicate key brand messages, introduce products and services, create positive customer experiences, and contribute to promotional and marketing initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an active environment, and wants an opportunity to develop valuable professional skills while growing within the company.

Responsibilities

• Represent Beloform Craft and its campaigns in a professional and engaging manner.
• Communicate brand messages, products, services, and promotions clearly to potential customers.
• Build positive relationships through friendly and confident face-to-face interactions.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, events, presentations, and brand activations.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about represented products or services.
• Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign and performance goals.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to the team.
• Maintain a polished and professional presence when representing the company.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

• Competitive Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per year.
