Tri-State Trailer Sales in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Assistant Parts Manager to join our team! We are looking for a highly motivated, strong leader to assist with assisting in overseeing our Parts department, and create an excellent customer experience. Summary: As an Assistant Parts Manager at Tri-State Trailer Sales, Inc., you will be integral to our parts department, responsible for providing parts and accessories for a wide range of trailers. This role is essential in ensuring parts and providing exceptional customer service in the trailer industry. We have been in business for 41 years and are a leader in the transportation equipment sales industry! Responsibilities: Assist with overall profitability, customer service, parts sales and general management of the Parts department and outside parts salespeople Receive and fill telephone orders for parts Managing inventory of stock Replacing new merchandise on display Scheduling of Parts delivery trucks Handling invoices and paperwork for the Parts department Qualifications: *Must have current knowledge in one or more of the following areas: * Semi-trailers parts or repair background * Semi-trucks parts or repair background * Heavy duty automotive, or any related equipment with air brakes 1. 2+ years of Counter Sales or Assistant management experience preferred. 2. Microsoft Office software experience 3. Ability to prioritize and multitask daily work activities in an extremely fast paced, hands on management role 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5. Team player winning attitude with a positive and professional demeanor 6. Parts experience 1+ year 7. Customer Service experience 3-5 years 8. Management experience 2 years 9.
