Observe the client's rights - Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, which include bathing, dressing ,toileting, grooming, feeding, meal prep, oral care. Record pertinent information on the task form. Reminding clients to take medication at appropriate times. Planning and preparing meals according to specific dietary requirement of the clients and if necessary, feeding the clients. Assisting with transfer and ambulation with or without a mobility aid. Maintaining a safe clean environment by providing light housekeeping including changing bed linens ,dusting, and  vacuuming, cleaning reading, music, etc. Performing other housekeeping task as indicated in the care plan. Take the client's vital signs and recording input if indicated in the care plan. Observing  and reporting changes in client's conditions to the agency RN Supervisor /Administrator. Accurately preparing daily task forms and submitting them to the office by the due date. Participating in an in-service education programs Use standard precautions to prevent the spread of infection. Ensuring to adhere to the uniform policy.
