Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility operations for a well-established manufacturing company with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and employee longevity. What You'll Do * Lead day-to-day facility maintenance operations while supervising one Facilities Maintenance Technician. * Maintain and troubleshoot building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire/safety systems. * Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs to maximize uptime and reliability. * Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule. * Support OSHA compliance, building inspections, permits, and facility documentation. * Respond to facility issues and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring problems. * Track maintenance expenses, service records, and contractor performance. What We're Looking For * 5+ years of facilities maintenance or building operations experience within a manufacturing environment. * Prior leadership or supervisory experience. * Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems. * Experience with preventative maintenance programs and vendor management. * Familiarity with OSHA regulations, facility inspections, and compliance requirements. * Hands-on troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently. * Ability to occasionally support after-hours or emergency facility needs. Preferred Qualifications * Technical certification or Associate's degree. * Experience managing departmental budgets or maintenance expenses. * Experience working in a small to mid-sized manufacturing organization.
