Senior Mechanical Project Manager

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager in Boise to lead large-scale commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Impact:
- Deliver multi-million-dollar mechanical projects on schedule and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive repeat business.
- Mentor junior project managers and coordinators on best practices.
- Drive profitability through effective cost management and change order execution.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of commercial mechanical projects from award through final closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders with vendors and trade partners.
- Lead project meetings with owners, architects, and general contractors.
- Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.
- Oversee field operations and coordinate with superintendents on installation sequencing.
- Manage change order processes and maintain accurate job cost reports.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
