The Role

From supporting internal teams to developing next-gen materials, our professional roles span strategy, innovation, and purpose. At CNG, you'll do work that matters—and own it all.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Days

Location: Onsite, Lexington, OH

What You'll Do

Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers. Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives. Communicate clearly the progress of orders and shipments. Schedule, track, communicate with transportation groups. Forecast and track key account metrics. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis. Drive profitable growth with current and new customers, focusing on regional customers. Be the primary interface for the customer within the Company; engage other internal departments and management with Customer meetings to meet Company objectives. Lead external communications to the Customer from other internal functions including Quality, Operations, and Technical. Make recommendations and implement price changes and new contract/agreements. Develop and monitor Sales Forecasts and communicate changes to Leadership. Participate in internal meetings and trainings. Reviewing account activity reports to identify opportunities to increase sales or retain existing customers. Working with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies designed to increase revenue. Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product. Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships. Liaison between the customer and internal teams.

What You'll Bring

Career experience or bachelor's degree will be considered. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization including diverse cultures. Demonstrated skill in organizing work, setting priorities, and sound decision-making. Strong work and personal ethics. Proven Account management experience. Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity. Expert at Microsoft Office programs. Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing dynamic environment.
