What You'll Do As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an outstanding experience for both customers and staff. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations. Leading and motivating team members to provide top‑notch service. Assisting with scheduling, inventory management, and staff training. Ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety standards. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism. Contributing to a positive and productive work environment. What We're Looking For We’re seeking someone who brings a combination of leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality. To succeed in this role, you should have: At least 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities. The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
