Psychiatric NP: Primary Care with Home Visits

Mosaic Community Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric care in a primary care clinic. You will diagnose, triage, and prescribe for a complex patient population with behavioral and mental health needs, developing treatment plans and brief interventions.
