Job Overview Responsible for the cleanliness of all common areas in the distribution center. Perform other duties as assigned. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. • Cleaning cafeteria including emptying garbage containers
• Outdoor cleaning, possible snow removal
• Cleaning office areas, includes vacuuming, dusting, and removing garbage
• Sweeping and buffing floors
• Cleaning restrooms, follow appropriate guidelines for Blood borne pathogens
• Appropriate cleaning and disposal of blood or other potentially infectious

material spills

• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens

relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities. Who You Are * No Education or Experience required * Must be able to: * Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors * Ability to read, understand and interpret employment policies, instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals in English

• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team
• Must be proficient in the use of computers and handheld technology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and/or

holidays Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform * Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department * May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders, depth perception and color vision * Frequently lift/move up to 50lbs Supply Chain Only and Colleagues Working in a Supply Chain Facility except in locations governed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement: Random drug testing for all colleagues will be conducted on a monthly or semi-monthly basis, depending upon factors including but not limited to the size of the facility and the number of colleagues on roll. Colleagues will be randomly selected for testing by a third party. Testing must be completed on the same workday the colleague is informed of selection for testing, absent extenuating circumstances.
