Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care to patients, including diagnostic testing, therapy, and treatment planning.
• Assist with mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and airway management.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary and ensuring patient comfort.
• Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and home care techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Respiratory Therapy License in Washington State (RRT or CRT).
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
• Previous experience as a Respiratory Therapist preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
