We’re looking for a high-performing Home Buying Specialist to join our growing real estate investment company serving homeowners across Long Island .
This is not a “sit behind a desk and wait” role. This is for someone who:
- Can build trust quickly
- Knows how to lead conversations with empathy and confidence
- Is coachable, driven, and hungry to win
- Wants to earn six figures+ based on performance

What You’ll Be Doing- Meet homeowners in person throughout Suffolk County
- Conduct appointments with motivated sellers
- Build rapport and uncover real urgency
- Negotiate and close real estate deals
- Work closely with leadership and lead management
- Track appointments and follow-up activities
- Help homeowners find the best solution for their situation
This is a relationship-driven sales role — not a pushy “shark” environment. We believe in:

$3,000/month guaranteed during onboarding period
Long-Term Compensation:- Commission structure with massive upside
- Must live near or be willing to work in Suffolk County / Long Island
- Must be comfortable driving to appointments
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle emotional conversations professionally
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Comfortable working evenings/weekends when needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Competitive and caring

- Persistent without being aggressive

- Comfortable being uncomfortable
