Job Summary And Responsibilities Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican, a multi-specialty group in Santa Cruz County is looking to add a collaborative, patient-centric BE/BC Pediatric Physician to our expanding Pediatrics Team in Capitola, CA. We are affiliated with Dominican Hospital, which features a Level 3 NICU with onsite Neonatologist support. Board certification or eligibility in pediatrics. Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of California. Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric diseases, treatments, and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, parents, and healthcare team members. Empathy and patience when working with children and their families. Attention to detail and ability to make accurate diagnoses based on comprehensive evaluations.
