Our modern outpatient clinic specializes in personalized physical therapy, balance and vestibular rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and fall prevention. We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals while mentoring teammates and contributing to the continued success of our clinic.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
• Help mentor and support fellow clinicians
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to enhance patient outcomes and clinic performance
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness
• Foster a positive, patient-centered clinic culture

What We're Looking For

• Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Vestibular rehabilitation experience is a strong plus
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to clinical excellence
• Desire to grow professionally into clinic leadership
