Summit Wealth Strategies is seeking an experienced client operations professional to help us take exceptional care of our clients and support our next stage of growth.

Hands-on LPL Financial experience is required. Active securities registrations are strongly preferred, but not required.

With 70+ years history and clients in more than 40 states, Summit combines an established foundation with meaningful opportunities. We commonly serve families approaching or entering retirement with approximately $1–$10 million in investable assets.

The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with our advisors and operations team to manage new-client implementation and ongoing account service. We need someone who knows LPL’s systems, takes ownership, and can keep work moving with limited oversight.

This position will initially provide coverage during a team member’s maternity leave, with the potential to continue in a permanent role as we are a growing firm.

We’re looking for someone who can contribute immediately and help us build better systems for the future.

What You’ll Do

• Manage new-client onboarding, account opening, transfers, and rollovers.
• Track outstanding requirements and follow through with clients, LPL, and Summit advisors.
• Handle account service requests, including distributions, beneficiary changes, and account updates.
• Resolve operational issues and keep clients and advisors informed.
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and tasks in Salesforce.
• Coordinate implementation details so advisors can focus on advice and client relationships.
• Improve checklists, workflows, and processes as our firm grows.

What You Bring

• Prior experience supporting an LPL Financial advisor or practice , including hands-on ClientWorks experience.
• The ability to independently manage onboarding, transfers, and ongoing account service.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
• Clear, professional communication and genuine care for clients.
• Comfort with technology and an interest in improving how work gets done.
• Sound judgment about when to solve an issue independently and when to involve an advisor.
• Active Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 registrations are a plus.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
