This position is well suited for a personable professional who can confidently lead buyers through every stage of the home-purchasing process while developing lasting relationships with clients from a variety of backgrounds. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Work with us at 120 Bloomingdale Road, White Plains, NY 10605 , and help clients discover the right home with confidence. Responsibilities Guide buyers through the home search, selection, and purchasing process from initial consultation through closing. Conduct buyer consultations to understand clients’ needs, preferences, budgets, and timelines. Identify suitable properties, schedule showings, and provide knowledgeable guidance on neighborhoods, market conditions, and property values. Communicate fluently with English- and Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear and responsive service throughout the transaction. Prepare and present offers, negotiate purchase terms, and coordinate with listing agents, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other transaction professionals. Maintain accurate client records, follow up consistently, and manage transaction milestones using the team’s systems and processes. Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service, referrals, networking, and ongoing follow-up.
