Administrative & Operations Coordinator

$18.08 per hour

Description This role will provide critical day-to-day administrative and operational support, helping manage foundational responsibilities and coordination activities that enable efficient executive operations. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Executive Administrator to support leadership priorities, site initiatives, employee engagement activities, scheduling coordination, meeting logistics, communications, and special projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Greenville, SC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.08 - $18.08/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
