Clinicians will perform annual school screenings, conduct and review evaluation results, integrate findings with other disciplines, offer recommendations, and develop individual education and intervention plans to achieve annual IEP goals. Families are encouraged to be involved in their childs treatment and are coached through plans of care based on daily routines.
