Shape the Future of Energy.Jabil's Integrated Energy Solutions (IES) team is seeking a Technical Business Unit Manager to serve as a strategic partner to leading customers, helping bring next-generation energy technologies from concept to commercialization.In this high-impact, customer-facing role, you'll align customer technology roadmaps with Jabil's world-class engineering, product development, manufacturing, and supply chain capabilities. You'll lead complex global programs, drive profitable design wins, build executive-level relationships, and serve as the trusted advisor connecting customer innovation with Jabil's global technology solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical leader who thrives at the intersection of engineering, business strategy, and customer success.What You'll DoBuild and manage strategic relationships with customer engineering, R&D, and product development teams.Align customer technology roadmaps with Jabil's design, engineering, and manufacturing capabilities.Drive new business growth through design wins and expanded service offerings.Lead complex global technology programs from development through production.Develop and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, project plans, budgets, and schedules.Present technical and business solutions to senior customer stakeholders.Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions.Serve as the primary point of contact for technical escalations and customer-facing development activities.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.6+ years of experience in engineering, product development, R&D, technical program management, or technology-focused business leadership.Experience in high level assembly and electrical cabinetsProven ability to manage complex customer relationships and influence technical decision-makers.Strong project management, financial, and business acumen.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.PMP certification and advanced degree are a plus.Why Jabil?At Jabil, you'll work alongside innovators who are solving some of the world's most complex technology challenges.
