Senior Analyst

Location: Miami (Doral), FL – Hybrid (WFH Friday)

Pay Rate: $28-32/hour

Duration: 5-6 Month Contract

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

About the Opportunity

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Analyst to support a global leader in the travel and hospitality industry. This individual will serve as the analytics lead for the shipboard HR organization, partnering with leadership to provide workforce insights that drive talent, performance, promotion, succession planning, and employee engagement decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong People Analytics expertise with advanced reporting and dashboard development skills, and is comfortable presenting findings to executive leadership.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field

• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, workforce analytics, process improvement, performance management, or executive support

• Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions

• Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing large datasets

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Oracle, or similar analytical tools

Position Overview

As the Senior Specialist, Shipboard Talent Engagement & Analytics, you will lead talent review processes and 360-feedback assessments for shipboard leadership while developing dashboards and reporting solutions that support promotions, succession planning, talent pipelines, performance management, and workforce trends. Responsibilities include analyzing promotion and talent readiness metrics, administering the annual Culture & Engagement Survey, auditing HR systems and reports for data accuracy, identifying workforce trends and risks, and creating executive-level reporting for leadership teams. You will partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to answer workforce questions through analytics and data-driven insights, while continuously evaluating new reporting technologies and AI-driven tools to improve decision-making and organizational outcomes.
