We are currently seeking a dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate opening in Wanaque, NJ . If you enjoy building strong relationships with families while delivering exceptional pediatric care, this is a rewarding opportunity to become part of a supportive and experienced clinical team. Schedule Saturday Overnight 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Pay $45.00 per hour Responsibilities Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the client's home Monitor the client's health, safety, and overall well-being Administer care in accordance with the physician's plan of care Accurately document all nursing services provided Collaborate with the family and clinical team to ensure outstanding patient care Qualifications Active New Jersey RN license Preferred: At least 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care Current BLS certification Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license preferred Physical completed within the past 12 months Current PPD or QuantiFERON within the past 12 months (or chest X-ray completed within the past 5 years) Proof of MMR immunization within the past 10 years Proof of influenza vaccination or an approved medical exemption Why Join Affirmd Home Care?
