Overview The NP functions in an interdependent role by implementing the appropriate SPs. By using the SPs the NP is able to provide specialized care across two critical programs: 60% of time supporting patients with Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) in outpatient setting, including same-day visits for urgent care needs, and 40% of time in the Cellular Therapy Survivorship Clinic, caring for post-transplant or CAR-T therapy recipients as a part of a long-term survivorship monitoring and support. Responsibilities Change treatment regimen after observing signs and symptoms of illness, reactions to treatment, general behaviors and physical condition and determine if they are abnormal findings. Provide and coordinate the care of patients, provide patient/family education, promote safe continuity of care. Participate in interdisciplinary and clinical rounds, provide education and support, and make appropriate referrals. Salary Salary range: $89.06- $127.19/hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr
