Required Skills

• Valid occupational therapy license in the relevant state
• Minimum of 3 years of outpatient therapy experience
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and pediatric therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in documentation and use of electronic health records (EHR)

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in diverse therapy settings beyond outpatient clinics
• Additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., Hand Therapy, Pediatric Therapy)
• Bilingual capabilities to serve a broader patient demographic

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality outpatient therapy services
• Willingness to adapt to flexible work schedules, including 8 or 10-hour shifts, based on candidate preference

Other Requirements

• Ability to work in outpatient clinical environments; comfortable working with orthopedic and pediatric patients
• Flexibility in shift scheduling (8 or 10 hours; shifts can be tailored to your preference)
• Compliance with all licensing, certification, and travel reimbursement policies
