Regional Director of Operations - Healthcare Dietary Services At The Waters of Huntington, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care and services to our patients and residents. As a Regional Director of Operations, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily dietary/food operations of our facility, ensuring that our high standards of care and quality are met. As a Regional Director of Operations (CDM), you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dedicated professionals, overseeing clinical and non-clinical operations, and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and excellence. You will also be responsible for: Leading by Example: Providing visionary leadership, setting goals and objectives, and empowering staff to achieve exceptional results Operational Excellence: Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, implementing efficient systems, and optimizing resources to meet patient and resident needs Clinical Oversight: Collaborating with medical staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Staff Development: Providing training, coaching, and mentoring to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge Requirements: Experience in a senior leadership role Experience managing multiple facilities Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and patient-centered approach Multi-facility experience Certified Dietary Manager (CDM required, or Degree in Dietary Services) What We Offer: Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits including 401k Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment Take the first step towards joining our dedicated team at The Waters of Huntington!
