We are looking for a dependable and hardworking  Sandblaster to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with abrasive blasting, surface preparation, and industrial equipment, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Operate sandblasting/abrasive blasting equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare metal and other surfaces for painting, coating, or finishing
• Remove rust, paint, scale, dirt, and other contaminants
• Inspect surfaces and ensure proper preparation standards are met
• Maintain blasting equipment and work areas
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assist with general shop duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous sandblasting or industrial painting experience preferred
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and a good work ethic
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
