Baptist Health seeks a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) in Miami, Florida. The DPC RN delivers exceptional patient-centered care while demonstrating proficiency in essential nursing competencies. Qualified candidates will possess an active Florida RN license and relevant experience in stepdown or Progressive Care. An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required, with BSN preferred.
