Position Overview:

Please DO NOT APPLY if you do not intend to follow up and interview with us. We are currently seeking 1-2 qualified, highly professional, and dependable Handymen to join our growing team. If you are an efficient , all-around basic construction worker who takes pride in your craft and respects the homes you work in, we want to hear from you .

Key Responsibilities & Required Experience:

Candidates must possess reliable, hands-on experience in general home maintenance and basic construction, including:

Carpentry & Finishings: Trim work, finish carpentry, and professional deck repair.
Drywall & Paint: Clean drywall repairs, texture patching, and minor interior painting projects.
Plumbing: Light plumbing repairs (e.g., repairing leaky faucets, replacing fixtures).
Electrical: Minor electrical tasks, including light fixture and ceiling fan installations.
Appliances & General Maintenance: Basic appliance troubleshooting, caulking, weatherproofing, and general home repairs.
