Your leadership will directly influence safety, food quality, team engagement, and operational results.You will:Build a high-performing team that delivers results safely and consistentlyDrive accountability to KPIs, quality standards, and production targetsChampion food safety and regulatory compliance with zero compromisesDevelop team members through coaching, cross-training, and clear expectationsIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunitiesYour impact will be measured through team engagement, schedule attainment, audit results, cost performance, and the development of future leaders.What You’ll DoLead and Develop Your TeamTrain and coach team members on SOPs, safety procedures, and production standardsLead daily team meetings and drive engagement on the production floorCoach employees on performance, productivity, and quality expectationsBuild bench strength through cross-training and skill developmentDrive Harvest & Production PerformanceMonitor slaughter and harvest operations to ensure product quality and operational efficiencyManage job rotations and line assignments to maximize productivityPartner with Maintenance, Quality, and Materials teams to meet production schedulesConduct product audits and investigate quality or food safety deviationsMeet production volume goals while maximizing yield and controlling costReduce claims and improve operational efficiency across the harvest lineMonitor slaughter operations and ensure product quality standards are metProvide coaching and hands-on training to develop team membersConduct pre-operational inspections and ensure production equipment is readySubmit maintenance work orders when needed to maintain equipment performanceMinimize waste and control product sent to inedibleMaintain a clean, sanitary, and safe production environmentEnsure compliance with USDA regulations, HACCP, SSOP, SOP, GMP, and SQF programsJob SummaryRequisition Number: HARVE012713Job Category: Operations and ManufacturingSchedule: Full-Time
