PeopleReady Skilled Trades is now hiring for an experienced Electrical Foreman in Atlanta, GA. This is a direct hire opportunity with an electrical contractor. Ideal candidate should have 6-7 years of journeyman level electrical experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Pay range $40-$44 an hour DOE.

• Minimum of 12,000 hours of verifiable electrical experience (W-2 documentation required; verification will be completed through the Local Union).
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with construction technology, including tablets, computers, and related software.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Commitment to enforcing safety and attendance standards, establishing performance expectations, and holding team members accountable.
• Ability to obtain membership with IBEW Local 613 (assistance will be provided; W-2 documentation is required for this process).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction from a General Foreman.
