Inspector Tester C - 3rd Shift (Quality)

What you’ll do: The Inspector/Tester performs assembly inspection and electrical testing of transformers and regulators. Responsibilities include: Perform routine factory dielectric tests (OX, QC impulse, hipot). Conduct routine factory loss tests (load/loss, no‑load/core loss). Execute power factor, ratio, and resistance tests. Carry out operational tests on regulators. Perform continuity and visual inspections of units. Monitor, verify, and document unit nameplate and impedance values. Maintain test equipment and conduct special routine tests as needed. Assist Engineering and Manufacturing with shop‑floor problem resolution. Complete company forms to communicate inspection status and results. Collect and record data per procedures. Assist with visual inspections throughout the assembly process. Apply decals, stencils, and perform paint mileage checks as required. Sign‑On Bonus $2,000 bonus paid in two installments (less applicable withholding) for applications submitted on or after January1,2026, only for eligible job types and shifts, with payout contingent on employment at the time. Qualifications Required (Basic) High school graduate or GED equivalent. Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience. No immigration sponsorship will be provided for this position. Preferred Education in AC/DC fundamentals or completion of electricity coursework from an accredited institution. Minimum 1 year experience in electricity. Skills Available to work overtime as required. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform other physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodations.
