This role supports a dynamic hotel operation in a vibrant market near Wright-Patterson AFB, Wright State University, and downtown Dayton. About Us: Join the team at Courtyard by Marriott Dayton Beavercreek, where our newly renovated hotel offers a vibrant work environment just minutes from Wright-Patterson AFB, Wright State University, and downtown Dayton. With exciting nearby developments, including a new Dick\'s Outdoor complex at Fairfield Commons Mall, you will be in the heart of it all. While providing our guests with perks like on-site Starbucks coffee, made-to-order breakfast, and a new fitness room, you will be supported by a management team that has been here for over three years. We are proud of our recent Marriott Bonvoy awards and past cleanliness recognition, and we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our amazing staff.

Key Responsibilities for the Hotel General Manager
- Lead marketing and promotion efforts to enhance the property’s reputation
- Manage budgets, financial plans, and statistical records
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff
- Achieve profit and operational targets
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and poise
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Proven success as a General Manager; Marriott brand experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Experience in group and transient sales processes and forecasting
- A flexible, adaptable leader with a focus on achieving excellence
