Clinical Therapist Full Time Professional Remote MA, Woburn, MA, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 2605 Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually Victory Bay Clinical Therapists provide high-quality individual therapy services to individuals within the Outpatient Program. Clinical Therapists work with adult and adolescent populations, providing individualized treatment and support based on each client’s clinical needs. Therapists are responsible for completing the intake process for individuals assigned to their caseload, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring personalized and effective care. Tasks & Responsibilities Providing individual and family therapy via HIPAA compliant telehealth platform Development of individualized Treatment Plans in collaboration with the client. Timely completion of all clinical documentation. Suicide Intervention and Crisis Planning Maintain compliant electronic medical records according to licensing regulations and company standards. B. Additional Duties Assists and covers other staff when necessary to maintain high productivity and efficiency in the department. As the company continues to grow, additional responsibilities that are essential for the department to be successful will be assigned accordingly. C. Average rating of 4.3 of 5 or higher on client satisfaction surveys. Documentation completed within 48 hours of event occurrence. Chart audit scores at or above 3.5% of 5% each quarter. Appropriate documentation of and adherence to processes related to higher level of care recommendations and high-risk reporting. Performance Standards & Measurement Compliance with essential and incidental duties; compliance with company policies and procedures. Compliance with state and federal laws and regulations applicable to the business. Equipment, Tools & Machines Use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment such as a printer and fax. Qualifications Education: Master's Degree Social Work, Counseling or related field Experience: 2+ years of experience providing clinical services in the field of mental health; experience and training in at least 1 evidenced-based practice.
