SERVICE ADVISOR

Purpose of Position : The Service Advisor is responsible for communicating with the customer and the shop foreman to ensure repair is completed as wanted by the customer. The Service Advisor position is a key position as it should be the final contact for the customer and the customer should be satisfied with the service provided. Supervises : N/A Essential Job Functions :
- Communicate with the customer with the intention of being able to repeat the customer's request to the shop foreman both verbally and in written form.
- Ensure communication is aligned with Elite Support standards.
- Completes transaction by obtaining payment when repairs have been completed.
- Other duties may be assigned as listed job duties are not comprehensive and should not be construed as such. This job description is subject to change.
- One-year certificate from a college or technical school.
- Six months to one year related experience and/ or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- Ability to drive a tractor
- Clean MVR Record
