Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

Location: New Jersey

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night shifts: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery. The ideal candidate will float within five hospitals as necessary, adhering to hospital needs and staffing requirements.

Responsibilities:

Circulate and scrub for Cesarean sections.
Maintain a 1:6 patient ratio while providing quality care.
Perform assessment and monitoring of prenatal patients.
Administer medications and assist with labor and delivery processes.
Utilize EPIC for patient documentation and charting.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Active New Jersey RN license.
1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery.
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NRP.
Ability to pass Dysrhythmia exam within specified time frame.
First time travelers accepted but preference given to those with experience.
