We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Dental Office Front Desk Representative to join the team at our practice! Our dental practice is looking for a high energy individual who is focused on growth and helping us provide our patients an exceptional experience! We'd like someone with strong leadership skills, a positive and pleasant personality and a person looking for growth in their career. Attitude, professionalism and a hard work ethic is more important to us than experience. We are merging another dental practice into ours in a few months so there is a great opportunity to have an impact on the future of our practice as we gear up for this transition. Duties:
- Checking patients in & out
- Collecting payment and filing insurance claims
- Scheduling appointments
- Providing exceptional experiences
- Being generally awesome
- Positive attitude
- Team player
- Growth minded
- Professional and put together
- Must have proper phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skillS
