Assistant Director of Nursing

Responsibilities:
Assist with the daily operations of the nursing department
Support and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care
Monitor clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Assist with staff scheduling, education, and performance management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive resident outcomes
Support survey readiness and regulatory compliance efforts
Serve as a clinical resource for residents, families, and staff
Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered RN license required
Previous leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to foster a positive and team-oriented work environment
