We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant Full Time to join our team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in our rehabilitation team, helping our residents achieve their goals and regain independence. About the Role: Assist Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for our residents Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and other forms of therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of treatment plans, progress notes, and communication with other healthcare professionals Participate in in-service training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry developments Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our residents Provide exceptional patient care and support, promoting a culture of compassion, respect, and dignity Responsibilities: Assist with patient assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans Implement treatment plans, including exercises, stretches, and other forms of therapy Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of treatment plans, progress notes, and communication with other healthcare professionals Participate in quality improvement initiatives and engage in professional development opportunities What We Offer: Competitive Salary and full benefits!
