## Job Description Our established team providing comprehensive Adult Primary Care is expanding and adding an additional provider. We focus on quality above quantity. You will work alongside a collaborative team of providers who share a passion for preventative and holistic health, identifying root causes, and empowering patients to achieve optimal wellness. If you are ready to practice healthcare that listens, adapts, and evolves with the patient, we want to hear from you. ## Key Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive, unhurried patient visits (typically 12-14 per day) to identify root causes of health issues - Provide evidence-based primary care while integrating functional and preventative therapies - Participate in ongoing education and training in integrative and functional medicine approaches - Collaborate with the broader care team to deliver holistic, patient-centered outcomes ## Qualifications - Active license to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Two (2) years of experience in primary care, family practice, or internal medicine preferred - Strong foundation in conventional primary care with an open mind toward integrative/functional medicine - Experience in functional or integrative medicine preferred - Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care ## Salary and Benefits Highly competitive compensation and benefits package - **$150,000+ total compensation**: - Strong base salary of **$135,000-$150,000** based on experience - Performance bonuses - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance - 160 hours (4 weeks) of accrued PTO in the first year - Malpractice insurance coverage provided ## Schedule - Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - 36 hours of direct patient care per week - One half-day per week off - No after-hours call requirements - No weekend clinics ## Location Virginia Beach, VA 23456.
