Join us at Crowe and embark on a career where you can help shape the future of our industry.Job Description:Transaction Services Manager – HealthcareCrowe is seeking a Manager for Healthcare Transactions to join our dynamic Transaction Services team. This position requires the candidate to lead buy-side and sell-side advisory projects for clients who invest in and/or operate within healthcare services. The Manager will serve as a key client contact and oversee engagement execution, team development, and client relationships.Responsibilities include:Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across the healthcare industry.Manage engagement execution, including planning, staffing, timelines, and deliverables.Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, private equity firms, lenders, and target company management.Analyze financial records and operational data to assess quality of earnings (EBITDA), net working capital, cash flow trends, and other key metrics.Lead management interviews and identify transaction risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.Review analyses, workpapers, and reports to ensure quality and accuracy.Supervise, mentor, and develop Senior Associates and Associates.Support practice growth through business development, networking, and proposal support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.Qualifications:5–7 years of experience in Assurance (Audit) or Transaction Services Consulting at a CPA firm or similar environment.Experience leading financial due diligence engagements and managing client relationships.Active CPA license preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.Healthcare services experience preferred (e.g., physician practices, dental practices, surgery centers, behavioral health, etc.).Strong analytical, project management, communication, and leadership skills.Willing to travel up to 20%.Must be based out of Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; New York, NY; or willing to relocate.We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
