Contract | Days | 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Every 3rd weekend rotation | No on-call

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions in alignment with department objectives
• Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care and group treatment
• Evaluate and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license was obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
• CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum two years of Physical Therapy experience
• ICU experience
