Your New Role
Lead residential HVAC installation projects in Carrollton, TX 75007
Complete full system replacements and new installations from start to finish
Guide and support junior installers on job sites
Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members
Follow safety standards and ensure quality workmanship on every job
Track materials and complete job documentation accurately

EPA Refrigerant Certification
2 to 4 years of residential HVAC installation experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to commute to Carrollton, TX
Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds regularly
Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
Authorization to work in the United States
